Well, I'm currently waiting for the guy from Gateway to call me back..
I left a message on his voice mail..  We'll see what happens.  It
really is an unbelievable thing.  But, just take it as a warning of who
you might not wish to do business with.  It appears that things are
great with them when you order, but if anything ever happens to a
machine that you have purchased from them..  watch out..  I think I'll
put this email exchange on the web..  Just so others can look at it.
