The ATS at 800-846-2118 allows you to press buttons  on  your   touch-tone
phone in response to questions given to you regarding the problem or

**Gateways Dialup Server**

One of our latest support offerings is Gateways Dialup Server. Gateways
Dialup Server  is a way to access   www.gateway.com, our website, without
using an Internet Service Provider. Most of the site will function as it
does through a regular ISP, including gateway.com, the FTP site,
gateway.net, and yourware.com. The webemail submission page also works if
you wish  to send an email to Client Care (you do, however, need an ISP to
retrieve a reply). All you need is Windows 95, Windows 98, or Windows NT
4.0, an internet browser, such as Netscape or Explorer, and a modem
connection. The phone  number is 888-888-0520, the login is gwclient, no
